I keep a paper list, laminated with family, my doctor, the vet, insurance, a neighbor, an out of state contact and local emergency services all written down where a dead battery can't touch it. There's a copy in the go bag, one in the car and one in a kitchen drawer. It's a little old-fashioned but it's never once failed to work.
