Got Any Recommendations for Good Shows?

Just wrapped up the last show we were watching and now I'm on the hunt for something new. I really appreciate solid storytelling and characters that you can connect with, you know? It doesn't have to be the latest release, just something I wouldn't regret spending my time on. I'm open to any genre, and if it's easily available on one of the big streaming apps, that's a plus. What have you been watching lately that you'd recommend?

Not really a show, but a channel for people that think...
On weekends, since there is no stock market to watch, I binge-watch the Science Channel.
Always something I haven't seen, and something that will make me think.
