I should brag about all the wonderful 'caught the same day, never frozen' jumbo shrimp from the Gulf that we get to enjoy that the rest of the country never gets.
Growing up, shrimp was a once per-year delicacy that we kids fought violently over.
I'm in heaven! Eat them every week!

We surely have some good seafood in La. Frying some shrimp tonight. Frozen but caught in the gulf and bagged up right down the road.
