For me, the big thing was finding a shop that really knew their stuff when it comes to polymer frames. If they don’t take the time to degrease and lightly roughen the surface, the Cerakote isn’t going to stick, and that’s when you end up with chips or peeling. I’ve been using mine in a Kydex holster and have even taken it through some intense classes, and it’s held up way better than I thought it would.
