Let’s talk about the technical aspects of getting the most accuracy out of a 9mm at a distance. If you’ve set up your gear for shooting at 100 yards, what particular hardware and ammo selections helped you achieve better results? For shooting at 100 yards with a 9mm, I found that the length of the barrel really plays a big role. I run a 16" PCC barrel along with a nice trigger that’s about 2.5lbs. Using 147gr Federal HST, I can usually get groups around 3-4" when I'm on the bench. I haven't kept any formal logs but I've found that sticking to consistent ammo and maintaining good trigger control are crucial at that distance.
