What happens when you actually slow down and focus on your sight picture

When I slowed down and focused on a clean sight picture, my groups became consistent and predictable. It felt slower at first,but the results were better.. Once that foundation was good, I started adding speed back in without losing accuracy an that is when things really started to come together.

I had a similar lightbulb moment last year. I consciously slowed things down...focused on watching that front sight settle and my groups immediately got tighter. Once that basic foundation clicked, the speed just naturally returned.

Yeah that’s the sweet spot, slow enough to be clean first, then speed just becomes a byproduct of consistency
