Adapter plate?

I just picked up a G49 MOS, but it’s got that Acro cut. Is there any way I can get an adapter plate for my Holosun or something like that? I really want to make it work.

If you're really set on going with a Holosun, you might need to think about swapping out the slide or maybe even exploring a different platform entirely. But if you're feeling adventurous and open to trying something fresh, there are some Acro-compatible optics out there that are totally worth checking out.

You should definitely take a look at the adapter plates from CHPWS or Forward Controls Design. I've used their stuff before, and I can vouch for its quality. Installing it is easy, and straightforward. Just remember to pick the right model for your Holosun, since there are some minor differences.

Try a trusted adapter plate first, and make sure it fits tightly and that you have the right screws.
