The stock sights on my Shield Plus are difficult to see with my bifocals. What upgrades can I consider to make them easier to focus on?

If it is for EDC, I gave up on iron sights years ago because of my cataracts.
Even though I got them sucked out, cyborg lenses installed, and have 20/20 vision today, my G27 has a Crimson Trace laser.
You just put the red dot out there where you want the bullet to go, and fire.
Since many PD situations happen in low light, iron sights and 'looks thru' sights are useless anyway.

Yes, it still fits perfect in the holster.
